- Keep track of Medicine/VA order, tell Don when VA order needs to be ordered
- Don’s medicines and supplies need to be monitored
- Keep up with receipts in inbox(Show Don when a lot)
- Keep up with letters/envelopes in inbox and show Don
- Show Don paperwork from tables weekly
- Recycle outdated reports that were read by everyone
- Keep track of important issues that come up and discuss @ monthly meeting
- File to Multiple folders by desk for caregivers who don't work here anymore
- Takes care of all paper filing
- Help maintain hiring websites
- Keep caregivers wall updated
- Remind van goddess when can needs attention
- Try and simplify papers on walls as needed
