Two Steps to Interviewing
1- Conduct the Interview
- PRINT PA Job Description or CNA Job Description handouts (find these on the USB stick).
- PRINT Interview Questions Don likes to hear answers to during interview. (USB stick)
- WELCOME and introduce Don.
- Explain about eyes, yes and no. Show Computer
- COLLECT Drivers License and/or CNA license, make copy and return originals.
- EXPLAIN how Interviews are conducted
- Applicants interview us as we interview them. This job is NOT for everybody.
- If interested in the job after the interview, please TEXT Don at donhing@gmail.com before noon the day after the interview. Your references will not be contacted unless you call back to say you are interested.
- Feel free to ask questions, any questions. No need to feel embarrassed.
- No questions too personal.
